This year we have decided to give Valentine’s Day in Bindi a twist….

We are collaborating with a well-travelled and very experienced chef to create a menu together with the flavors of Bindi to make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable.

We would like to present Andy, a chef with a remarkable curriculum which includes working with the well renowned chef, James Syhabout, from the 2-star Michelin restaurant Commis. A classic French restaurant with a Californian twist and of a course a Laotian touch from the owner. He was also Head Chef of a vegan sushi restaurant which won many awards whilst he was there for its sophisticated individuality. Not to mention Rice, Paper, Scissors from the well-known TV series ‘No Reservations’

We look forward to have him present his dishes for us on such a lovely day.
